El vapor anglès
Diving depth 12m.
In the triangle formed by the island of Portaló, the island of Es Xiulet and the coastline itself, there are the remains of the Woodside.
This English steamship sunk in August 1884; it is said because of the dense fog which covered the area at that time. It was a mixed steam and sail vessel from the early days of steamships. It was 85 metres in length, had a beam of 12 metres and weighed 1,140 tonnes. Unfortunately, the ship was dynamited on several occasions and the structure we find on the seabed is far removed from what it was in its day, a great example of the times.
Among its remains there can be found red coral, bream, conger ells, croakers, etc.
Maximum depth 32m.
